Eligibility Determination A country shall be considered eligible for referral when it has no registered teams participating in the current Nations Cup season. Any team originating from a country with one or more registered teams shall be deemed ineligible for referral rewards.
Example: If Chile has no teams registered this season and a new Chilean team signs up, that team qualifies as a valid referral.
Non‑Eligibility Condition If a team is submitted from a country that already has an active or previously registered team, such submission shall not qualify for ambassador compensation, regardless of the number of teams originating from said country.
Example: If Brazilalready has a team registered, any additional Brazilian team — even if new — is not eligible for referral rewards.
For the purposes of referral eligibility, only sovereign countries recognized by the United Nations shall be considered valid origins for team submissions. Any team registered under a region, supranational union, cultural bloc, or geopolitical grouping shall be deemed ineligible for referral rewards.
Example 1 — Region Not Allowed
A team registering as “Balkans United” or “LATAM” is not eligible for referral rewards because these are regions, not UN‑recognized sovereign countries.

A team registering as “European Union” or “United World” is not eligible, as these entities do not constitute sovereign states.
Debut Country Bonus Countries that have never participated in any prior edition of the Nations Cup shall be classified as Debut Countries. For each team originating from a Debut Country, ambassadors shall receive an additional €5 bonus per team, payable under the same terms as standard referral compensation.
Payment Terms All referral payouts, including the Debut Country Bonus, shall be issued the day following the team’s official check‑in on tournament day.

The adoption of this list shall not be interpreted, under any circumstance, as an endorsement, opposition, political alignment, or expression of support or disapproval toward the United Nations, its member states, or its policies.
This list is employed solely because it constitutes an official, widely accepted, and independently verifiable standard, allowing all participants and ambassadors to apply eligibility rules in a clear, consistent, and transparent manner.
