Moldova Champions NC15 🏆

Moldova are the Nations Cup XV champions — what a run! 🏆 From a 32-team field they finished it in style, beating Kazakhstan 3-0 in the final. This edition felt different: Denis wasn’t here, but the team stepped up anyway.

Kazakhstan were the tournament story — a surprise finalist thanks to a heroic goalkeeper and clinical attackers who knocked out Spain with a last‑minute header (right into the top corner) and beat Chile in the semis 🇰🇿.

Romania played brilliantly and only went out to Moldova on penalties; Madalin finished as top scorer.

Russia returned to the quarterfinals and gave their fans something to cheer about. Uruguay rekindled memories of 1950 with a 1-0 win over Brazil.

Special shout to Oprea — tournament MVP — who raised his game in the final phase and dominated when it mattered. Moldova’s keeper was huge too, earning Best GK after crucial saves, including the penalty shootout heroics against Romania 🧤.
